Booking Policy

The above prices refer to one night accommodation for 2 people in JUNIOR SUITE, EXCLUCIVE SUITE, LYDIA HOUSE, DEMETRA HOUSE & for 4 people in ELEFTHIA HOUSE, with daily cleaning & Cycladic, traditional breakfast menu.

For each additional guest, over 6 years, the charge is 30.00 € / night.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
For the Easter & Holy Spirit periods, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
For the period of August, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

BOOKING POLICY

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required for your reservation.

Payment is due on the day of your arrival at ELEFTHIA SYROS.

CANCELATION POLICY

For low season bookings, if canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For reservations concerning holiday periods, medium & high season (medium / high season):

If the cancellation is made at least 40 days before the arrival date, there is no charge.
In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged.
In case of cancellation after 15 days, non-appearance at the accommodation or early departure you will be charged 100% of the total amount.
